We do not have a pre-determined limit on how much we will fund. We judge each case on it’s individual merits.

We are able to rapidly assess a case and determine how much funding we will be able to provide, and typically have funds to our clients within 12 to 24 hours after the receipt of all materials neccessary to evaluate the advance request. 

One thing that you can do to speed things along is to contact your attorney and authorize and instruct them to provide us with the information that we have requested.

We provide funding on a non-recourse basis, and Buckeye is only paid back when the case is settled. If the case does not end in your favor, you would keep the funds and do not have to pay us back.
